What are magnet backs?
They’re small rubber stoppers like your normal pin back, but they have an inset magnet. Most importantly, they will not damage your pin posts and they will stick to any magnetic surface. You bet I have some on my car.

How much weight can magnet backs hold?
In my not so scientific testing, these black backs can hold about 32 grams per back! This was equal to one pin for a 2 mm thick 3” soft enamel pin. This of course is dependent on where your backs are and how big your pin is, you may need more for balance not just weight but overall, these pins aren’t going anywhere without some effort! I.e. safe for your fridge needs.

What is a magnet topper?
The cat pins in this series will have tiny magnets on the back, so that a small topper pin can magnetize to them. That way, you can choose if you want your kitty to be a photographer or just a tabby cat hanging out!

Do I get the freebie?
If you’ve pledged for a physical reward (noted in my reward descriptions) on my campaign and on George’s campaign you will have this freebie added to your pledge automatically. This won’t show up until your pledge manager and requires your pledge not be dropped on either campaign.

Where is my shipping charge?
Shipping will be charged to you after the campaign is over during your pledge survey. This allows me to sort all you lovely people into the correct weight. That way I don’t over charge you!

These add on prices are slightly cheaper than campaign prices, why?
Your initial campaign is a set price, by backing for any one item you unlock the ability to back anything else at a discounted rate. This is not as good of a discount as purchasing a higher tier, but it is a thank you for supporting me and my newest projects.

Refunds? Exchanges?
Unfortunately, once the campaign charges your card (~4/16/2023) I will be placing things into production based on the funds raised. As such I am unable to provide refunds.
If you receive a defective pin, a damaged pin or otherwise have an issue I am happy to exchange your pin for you! Just send me a photo of your issue and I’ll be able to sort it out right away.

Why am I being Charged, I haven't added anything?
The rewards during the campaign did not include shipping. Whole order weight based shipping is being charged through these surveys.

Did I get freebies?
If you pledged for both my campaign and George’s campaign the freebie is already added to your pledge manager. Once you complete your pledge selections you will see it along the side of your cart as included items. This is the same place early bird rewards will appear.

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
This is a pre-order and you will be waiting a few months to receive your enamel pins and other add on items. Refunds are not accepted and exchanges will be considered on a case by case basis as mistakes do happen. Orders will be shipped to the address on file, a reminder email 48 hours before shipping will go out and failure to update your address will result in waiting for a package to return and shipping being paid a second time.
